Why in the name of god will it take until Feb? I can make an audio-fic of one of charina’s stories of similar length to that book in like…a couple nights. COME ONE MAN. (do not want to wait that long for alex ear porn)
I’m thinking because they had to fit it into Alex’s schedule first, and then they had to slot it in their own release schedule. I’m willing to bet they weren’t considering an audiobook until the fan base started clamoring for one in their reviews of the book.
Plus, if the audiobook does get released on CD, they’ll have to allow for a few weeks for a test print, make sure the quality is OK, then press and prepare the CD for general release.
